Q: How can I change the media format of a course after placing an order? (i.e. from download or CD to online)
A: Call customer support at 800-431-9025 option 9 and request a media format change.

Q: How can I cancel a course I ordered?
A: If you have not yet launched the course, call 800-431-9025, option 9 and request the cancellation. A cancellation request must be made within 30 days of placing the order.

Q: An approved course in my homeroom has disappeared. What should I do?
A: Call customer support at 800-431-9025, option 9 and ask them to investigate.

Q: How long do I have to complete a course?
A: You have 1 year from the date a course was approved by your Coordinator.
