Keep your statement where you will always find it. With My Statement, you can go online and link from your statement to related invoices, and print copies of both your statement and related invoices. No user id or password setup is required when using My Statement. To enter the site, simply enter the following information from your physical statement.

1. Account # appearing on statement
2. Statement date
3. Total due on statement
