Non-subscription products are shipped with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not pleased with the product, return it with 30 days of receipt of product for credit. Note 1: There is no charge for book-based self-study products. A fee is charged only for grading the exam. Refunds of grading fees are made on an exception basis.
