Full refund if returned within 30 days, no approval required, unless otherwise stated on your contract.

Subscriptions

New: Full refund if cancelled within 30 days, otherwise 90 day written notice required. Note: If you have a cancellation policy stated in your contract, that policy overrides any others.
Renewals: Full refund if cancelled prior to start, otherwise 90 day written notice required. Note: If you have a cancellation policy stated in your contract, that policy overrides any others.

CPE

  • All training, including webinars, may be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Bell Learning Seminars may be cancelled with a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event. Rescheduling to another event is permitted anytime prior to the student's scheduled seminar. No-shows can request a letter of credit to be used for a future course less a $20 processing fee.
  • Gear Up self study materials have a 30 day return policy.
  • Gear Up seminars require a cancellation notification 2 weeks prior to the seminar date for a full refund. A student who cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the seminar date can receive a 75% refund. No refunds can be made after the seminar date.
  • AuditWatch public seminars can be cancelled with full refund up to 10 days prior to the event. Seminars cancelled within 10 days of the event are charged a $100 cancellation fee.
