How can I tell the start and end date of my subscription?
The start and end date of your subscription is printed on your invoice and advanced renewal invoice.
Common expiration dates
You can request that all your subscriptions have the same expiration date. This may cause us to shorten or lengthen existing subscriptions to align them with the new expiration date. These adjustments to align subscriptions would have an immediate effect on your statement. To request common expiration dates, e-mail us or call 800-323-8723, prompt 2.
Multi-year
If you have a multi-year agreement, your invoice will show the initial 12 months similar to an annual contract. You will receive additional invoices for year two, etc. Contact your sale representative if you are interested in the benefits of a multi-year contract.
