How do I read my bill/invoice?

How often do I receive an invoice?

You will receive an invoice every time there is a new charge.

Why didn't I receive an invoice?

If your balance due was $0 you will not receive an invoice. For renewal orders (print & CD Rom) your invoice will serve as the shipping document and would have been attached to the package.

How do I request a duplicate copy of my invoice?

You can obtain a copy online by logging into My Account, e-mail us, or call Customer Service at 1-800-431-9025.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my invoice?

Contact Customer Service at 1-800-431-9025, prompt 2 (Toll Free USA) or 1-817-332-3709 (Toll International).

When is my invoice due?

Your payment is due on the start date of your subscription.

Can I access my invoice electronically?

You can obtain a copy online by logging into My Account or by calling Customer Service at 800-431-9025, prompt 2.

How do I see a credit on my invoice?

Once you've retrieved the electronic copy of your invoice via the My Account web page, select the link in the middle of the page titled "View Credit Invoice". If a credit has been applied against your invoice it will be displayed.

If I upgrade from one service to another, what happens to my original remaining credit?

The remaining credit will be applied to your new term subscription. You can check to see that this credit was applied by viewing an electronic copy of your invoice via the My Account web page.

Why does my invoice refer to a "Master Password" for a CD product that I don't own?

Our system currently auto-generates passwords for all customers, regardless of product ownership. The system is being enhanced to remove this language when not applicable.

Renewals

When is my invoice due?

Your payment is due on the start date of your subscription.

When can I expect my renewal invoice?

For print or CD products updated once a year, the renewal invoice is included with the product when shipped. For subscription products, renewal invoices are mailed 120 days before expiration.

Can I access my statement electronically?

Yes. Keep your statement where you will always find it. With My Statement, you can go online and link from your statement to related invoices, and print copies of both your statement and related invoices. You just need your account number, statement date, and total amount due.

How do I request a duplicate copy of my statement?

We are not able to send duplicate copies of statements at this time. You can contact Customer Service at 1-800-431-9025 (Toll Free USA) or 1-817-332-3709 (Toll International) for assistance in providing a manual itemized statement.

Net 30 days. We also offer quarterly and annual billing terms.

What are your methods of payment?

Check, check-by-phone (Tele-Check), credit card, and wire transfer.

Credit card payments can be made by phone or by mail. Tax & Accounting — R&G accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you accept credit cards?

How can I verify receipt of my payment?

You can view your payments via the My Account web page. They will be listed under the credit link in the invoice section. We capture your check number if paid by check as well.

How do my charges appear on my credit card statement?

For most orders, it is TTA-Research & CPE. For our recent acquisitions, it is the name of original organization with Thomson appended to the name. Examples are Thomson-EBIA, Thomson-AuditWatch, and Thomson-ReqWired.

Shipping

What makes up my shipping charges?

Your shipping charges include an Intro shipment charge plus an annual supplement shipping charge and a handling fee.

Can I change my shipping method?

At the time of purchase, you can request an alternate means of delivery than our standard options. You can also contact Customer Service to change the shipping method for your account (options are UPS and US Mail as default &emdash; We cannot ship via UPS to a PO Box - Some products, such as newsletters, only ship via US Mail).

Do you ship to international addresses?

Yes, we can ship to international addresses.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally shipped the following business day from when the product was purchased. Expedited delivery is shipped the same day if received before 2PM CST.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Normal shipments are usually received 7-10 business days after an order is processed (if in stock).

Can I track my package?

Yes. You can track your package by logging into My Account.

Tax

How is sales tax applied to my purchase?

Tax & Accounting has taxable nexus and is required to collect and remit sales tax nationwide. Sales tax is determined by the ship-to zip code and sales tax is charged accordingly.
