With this in mind, I am pleased to introduce myself as the new head of Customer Operations for our Research & Guidance products in the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters. During the last couple of months, I have been working to develop a deeper understanding of the structure and strategy of customer support for our information based solutions, expert guidance, workflow tools and CPE in preparation for this new role. As a result, we recently realigned ourselves internally in an effort to better serve you, our valued customer.
